Your anonymity is guaranteed. This web site is run by an independent contractor FoxData Limited. Any information that may reveal your identity should you want it kept secret is removed and destroyed. Please read our confidentiality statement.

What will happen if I give my name?

Should you wish to disclose your name it will be passed to the Business Integrity Department. They may wish to contact you to discuss your concerns further. This will be done in a discreet manner. SEIC protects the identity of anyone reporting their concerns.

Is SEICconfidential part of Sakhalin Energy?

No. SEICConfidential is operated by an external contractor, FoxData Limited. FoxData is contracted to keep the identity and source of disclosures and their contents confidential.

Can I email supporting documentation?

Yes. You can email supporting documents to report@SEICconfidential.com.

If I report an incident via email you will know my email address

FoxData is contracted to remove all identifying information prior to forwarding email contents to SEIC.

How will I know if my report is being acted upon?

Unless you wish to give your name you will not know. However we take all submissions seriously and all information is acted upon.

Will my report be shown to the police?

No. Unless required by law, your report will not be made available to the police

Who will actually see my report?

Upon submission, your report will be encrypted and transmitted to the designated recipient within Sakhalin Energy. If you have chosen someone else you wish to be informed of the incident, it will be forwarded to that party at the discretion of Business Integrity Services.
